Yoga is traditionally practiced daily for optimal health of mind and body. The recommendation is to practice yoga at least 3 times per week. 5-6 times a week for maximum results.

Mondays:        5:00 pm, 7:15 pm

Tuesdays:       5:00 pm, 7:15 pm (60 min)

Wednesdays:  5:00 pm, 7:15 pm

Thursdays:      5:00 pm, 7:15 pm (60 min)

Fridays:          5:00 pm, 7:15 pm (60 min - $10 special)

Saturdays:      9:30 am

•You should arrive at the studio with an open mind and try to be at least 15 minutes early to warm your body before practice.

         No entry is possible during practice, so do not arrive late.
