What is Asana Yoga?

Asana Yoga (exercise) postures focus on detoxification of the body, practiced in a heated 37ºC room, building strength and endurance.

All classes are suitable for beginners.

Yoga techniques focused on understanding and controlling the body, the breath, and the mind.

Asans (exercises) are designed to give maximum flexibility and strength to the skeletal, muscular, and nervous system.

Asans also massage internal organs and improve circulation, causing the release and distribution of vital hormones as well as supplying the brain and other cells with oxygen and other nutrients improving the immune system, cardiovascular system, and energy levels leaving you feel a strength and clarity of purpose supported by your whole being.
